Mar Vista Community Fall Festival & Silent Auction is Celebrating

Neighborhood Living!

            On Saturday, October 18^th, the Mar Vista community is again taking a day to celebrate its people, neighborhoods, businesses, and community organizations.  And we’re inviting you to participate, as a Sponsor or Silent Auction donor!

 Once again the Mar Vista Park will host a day of great food, entertainment, booth presentations, and just plain FUN for the whole family.  The Festival is brought to the community by the Mar Vista Community Council, our Festival Partners and Sponsors, and the Mar Vista Recreation Center.  This year the chosen theme is “Neighborhood Living”, and the Festival will include a Community Resources Fair presented by Councilmember Mike Bonin.

Additionally, the MVCC and Festival Planning Committee are very pleased to announce that the special honoree of this year’s Festival is Len Nguyen, a long time Mar Vista community member and Senior Field Representative for our former Councilmember Bill Rosendahl and our current Councilmember Mike Bonin whose energy, passion, and selfless dedication to making things happen in Mar Vista, has long been valued by all in our community.

The Planning Committee would like to encourage all who can to actively participate in the Festival. Booths are fully booked, but there is still time to participate either as a Festival Partner, a Sponsor or a Silent Auction donor.
