Sherry McCoy is a member of the Stop
Senior Scams Acting Troupe. She writes a
monthly column for Not Born Yesterday Newspaper informing older adults and
their family and friends about Senior Fraud Awareness and Prevention. She
writes this feature column monthly without compensation with the goal of
stopping scams against seniors. Sherry
also writes skits and performs for the Stop Senior Scams Acting Program. Recently she wrote a popular short opera for
the program that informs seniors about prizes that are scams. Thousands of
seniors read her well researched an informative column monthly. She is an exceptional volunteer and human
being, a lover of animals and people, has a PHD in Psychology, and lives in
West Los Angeles with her husband Robert.
Sherry is a real hero in our
community. She makes a difference.
