Marianne Brown

Marianne Brown has been a longtime very committed leader in the school garden movement in Mar Vista.  For the past 10 years she has contributed her expertise and enthusiasm to the school gardens at Venice High School, Mark Twain Middle School and Walgrove Elementary.  As an educator and public health activist, with a strong vision of how school gardens with a robust academic tie-in, can benefit students, families and teachers, Marianne says,
