Who knew there were so many great artists in Mar Vista and environs?! The Fall Festival Committee did. That's why they chose the theme "Celebrating the Arts" for this year's Fall Festival. We've got painters, potters, performance artists, photographers, prints on paper, plywood and plastic. In addition to all of these forms that start with "P", there will be shadow boxes displaying other-worldly scenes composed of objects from the past. Come and see the variety of pieces in our Art Show, housed in the Auditorium at Mar Vista Park. Festival and Art Show hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The park is located between Palms and Woodbine, bordered by McLaughlin and Sawtelle. See you there.
